When this client reached out to ACI, they wanted to recreate the visual representation they were making as an existing business. They wanted a new image through and through.
Not only that, they needed help with the storytelling, graphics, and design coordination for new websites. The project began with an in-depth study of potential names that portrayed the steadfast, reliable, yet approachable image they were wanting to convey. They also wanted a name that was recognizable, easy to pronounce, and graphically appealing for all of the printed marketing material needed. The concept phase included multiple logo/icon itiations, then a story board to help convey the personality. Once the look and storytelling was approved, several versions of the icon, logo, typography, and color pallete were created. The two divisions, Development and Management, needed to look cohesive yet distinguishable. This was for several reasons, one being to create a corporate image for the brand, but also to illustrate the strength and commitment Platform has for their clients, developers, vendors, tenants, and employees. The final deliverables included vectorized logos and icons, full branding kits with typography, approved boundaries, color codes, etc., as well as two new websites converting existing data into a new template and user interface that are in the works.
