The Fitzroy Chenal is a multifamily community consisting of 294 apartment units, courtyards with fire pits, lawn, and leisure activity space, resort-style pool, clubhouse, and various amenities all integrated into one 4-story structure. The resort-style clubhouse incorporates leasing, concierge, and business offices, along with a large lobby, great room, and virtual leasing gallery. With mindful space planning and controlled security entrances, club amenities including party veranda, fitness, mail center, cyber cafe, social lounge, wine and gaming bar, pet spa, and golf simulator lounge have extended hours of use with many available 24/7.

Not only did this luxury apartment project need to compete in a competitive market, it needed to wow the market!

Luxury Living was the driving force behind the concept. Resort-style living is executed with a series of spaces that are approachable, desirable, and undoubtedly beautiful while feeling like destinations all their own. Crisp, white materials and black metal accents with a zest of yellow and touch of green carefully paired with warm wood accents and tactile finishes combined to curate a vibrant, exciting, and sophisticated property. Creating elements that were marketable and visually easily to discern helped this property be fully leased within months of construction completion.
